What we do
An addition gives you more space without moving. Tell us what the new room is for and where it would go. Changing a room you already have is a room conversion instead, and covered space without walls is a covered porch extension.
Room additions
A new room built onto the house, from the slab up. See the slab forms and rebar for an addition, the start of one.
Porch enclosures
A covered porch closed in with walls and windows to make a room. See the porch closed in with framed walls and windows, and the porch extension with a steel frame for covered space without walls.
Slabs for additions
The concrete slab an addition sits on.
Don't see your project? Tell us what you have in mind. We take on many kinds of work inside and outside the home.

How to get started
- Tell us about the job. The scope of work and a day that suits you.
- We confirm a time. By phone or email, for your first meeting.
- We meet and price it. After the meeting you get a price for the work you described.
What to include in your request
- Describe the intended use of the space and whether you want a new footprint or to enclose an existing porch.
- Share any plans, approximate dimensions and photos of the connection to the house.
- Mention how the new space should connect to existing rooms and whether it needs heating, cooling or plumbing.
Common questions
- Addition or room conversion: which do I need?
- An addition builds new space onto the house. A conversion reworks a room you have, like a dining room turned office.
- Can you close in a porch?
- Yes. This porch was closed in with framed walls and new windows.
- Can you pour the slab too?
- Yes. The slab can be part of the same job.
