Covered Patio Rebuild with a Metal Roof
The old patio roof came off and a new one went up, with a synthetic felt waterproof membrane under a metal roof. Then new lights, a gas fire pit and custom concrete countertops.

From the lawn: the old cover had a wood plank ceiling and stopped at the concrete patio. The new cover, on black posts, also runs over a slab poured on the lawn.

Step by step
Work done: For this patio cover rebuild, the old roof and ceiling came down, a new slab went in on the lawn side, and new framing went up under a metal roof on a synthetic felt membrane. Wiring, the fire pit and the concrete counters came last.
